What is an Escape Room?

An escape room is a fun, immersive real life themed based adventure game where players, along with their team members, are locked in a room and they have 60 minutes to try and escape the room.  All players must work together to find hidden clues and solve puzzles in order to escape the room in the allotted time. Difficult? Sure. Impossible? No.

How much does admission cost?

Admission price varies on location. West Hempstead is $30.00 per person. Brooklyn is $35.00 per person.  Most rooms have a 2 player minimum. The Pazzioli's has a 4 player minimum.

How do I book a game?

All reservations are by appointment only and must be made in advance on our website via Bookeo. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved game time. If you do not see a game time that you want and would like to set up a private game with at least 6 players or more call us and we can arrange that for you. For West Hempstead please call 516-427-5977. For Brooklyn please call 347-587-7774.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive later than your scheduled game time we will give you a 10 minute grace period, no longer.  No exceptions.

Are you really locked in the room?

For safety reasons you are not actually locked in the rooms, but you will be so immersed in your mission/game that you will not even notice. In addition, your game master will be watching via video to ensure your safety.

What if our team is stuck on a task?

You can ask your game master for three clues to assist you in escaping the room.  Choose them wisely!

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

There are no refunds once tickets are purchased since we are saving your place in our game rooms.  However, should an emergency arise no later than 48 hours prior to your game time, please call us and we will gladly assist you in booking another time slot based on our availability.

Are the rooms scary?

Our rooms are not really scary.  However, some rooms have scary elements in them.  Please read the description of our rooms for more information.

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  No one under the age of 10 is permitted to attend.

What forms of payments do you accept?

The forms of payments we accept are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, debit card and PayPal.

Are the rooms private to my booking?

No.  If your booking is not for the maximum amount of players a room allows, you may be playing with other players from other bookings. However, if you prefer a private game with just your group you can always book a private room by paying for the maximum number of players even if you have less players.

Can I book your escape rooms for a party or company team building event?

Yes! We can accommodate parties, special event or company team building events. We now have Party Packages & A Private Party Room.  Please call us at 516-427-5977 for more information.

Can I take photos, videos or use my phone while in the room?

To preserve the privacy of our games and not spoil it for others we do not allow any photos, videos or phone use while in our escape rooms.  Don’t worry, we will take photos of you after your game is completed.  In addition, we post them on our social media sites for your viewing.
